Information we process
URated stores the social interactions, client records, and team activity you bring into the platform so it can present them in a unified command center. In demo mode all data is locally seeded sample data.
How data is used
Data is used solely to operate the application's monitoring, AI assistance, analytics and reporting features for your team.
Third-party platforms
When you respond, URated interacts with the originating platform; your activity there is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy.
AI processing
In demo mode, AI suggestions are generated locally. If you enable a live provider, the relevant message text is sent to that provider to generate a response.
